🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance performance and efficiency.
  • Design and implement business strategies that support overall organizational goals.
  • Collaborate across departments to gather and document business requirements.
  • Use data analysis to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Develop clear business plans defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and meetings to collect input for process redesign.
  • Monitor implemented solutions to ensure they meet defined business objectives.
  • Support business case development to justify new initiatives or investments.
  • Conduct market research to track industry trends and identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations and reports to communicate findings.
  • Ensure compliance with insurance industry regulations and internal policies.
  • Use analytical tools to assess current performance and highlight optimization opportunities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in business analysis practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience in business process analysis and design.
  • Familiarity with Life and Annuities Insurance is essential.
  • Proficiency in business planning and requirements gathering.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and within cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment.

  • Preferred Tools/Skills: MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SQL, Business Intelligence tools (optional but preferred).
