Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate interactive working sessions between business users and IT teams to capture and define technical and functional requirements.
  • Gather and analyze customer data to identify issues affecting service delivery and performance.
  • Create detailed business and functional requirements documentation.
  • Compile cost assessments for projects involving supplier and vendor integration.
  • Recommend system/process improvements based on findings and insights.
  • Generate and interpret business operations reports; develop data-driven recommendations.
  • Build a well-rounded understanding of operating procedures, user systems, and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support team and business objectives.

Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Some professional experience in business analysis, systems operations, or project coordination preferred.
  • Knowledge: Conceptual understanding of business systems, software development life cycle (SDLC), and user-centric processes.
  • Skills:
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
    • Comfortable exchanging technical ideas and project requirements with stakeholders.
    • Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and any project management or reporting software.
