Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Full Stack Web Developer with a strong foundation in Java, JavaScript, PHP, Python, SQL, HTML, CSS, and .NET. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, excellent coding practices, and the ability to manage end-to-end application development and deployment. Exposure to cloud technologies like Azure and familiarity with the healthcare domain will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web and Windows-based applications using technologies such as Java, JavaScript, PHP, Python, and .NET.
• Perform coding, unit testing, and code reviews while following best development practices.
• Work with JavaScript frameworks and demonstrate working knowledge of shell scripting.
• Write and optimize SQL scripts, including stored procedures, triggers, and complex DML operations.
• Handle application deployment across different environments ensuring smooth releases.
• Understand and apply design patterns in system architecture and development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements effectively.
• Provide mentorship to junior developers and assist in their technical growth.
• Participate in production release planning, execution, and troubleshooting.
• Engage in project meetings, share progress updates, and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Contribute to organizational initiatives, innovation discussions, and continuous improvement processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, audits, and documentation standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, PHP, Python, SQL, HTML, CSS
• Strong understanding of Windows and Web application development
• Hands-on experience in unit testing, code review, and usage of JavaScript frameworks
• In-depth knowledge of SQL scripting (Stored Procedures, Triggers, DML)
• Experience in application deployment across various environments
• Familiarity with Azure or other cloud platforms
• Understanding of Agile / Scrum methodology
• Basic knowledge of design patterns and architectural principles
• Exposure to the healthcare domain is a plus
• Experience with production release handling
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and team leadership capabilities.
