Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze pre-recorded audio calls and message transcripts to assess compliance with Google Ads quality standards.
- Detect potential fraud, phishing, and misuse of customer-sensitive information.
- Compare call and text information against predefined eligibility and compliance criteria.
- Identify scam-related behavior and suspicious advertising practices.
- Maintain accuracy while meeting daily targets and performance metrics.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and report findings in a clear and organized manner.
- Use basic Excel functions for tracking and reporting purposes.
