Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

As a Java Developer – Fresher, you will:

• Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of Java-based applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, daily stand-ups, and team discussions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth application performance.
• Continuously learn emerging technologies and adopt best practices in software development.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of Core Java, OOPs concepts, and Data Structures.
• Familiarity with Java frameworks like Spring or Hibernate (preferred, but not mandatory).
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
• Passion for continuous learning and self-improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE).
• Minimum 60% aggregate throughout academics (10th, 12th, and Graduation).
• Internship or academic project experience in Java development will be an added advantage.
