Position Overview

We are hiring a PMO Analyst (Project/Program Management Office) who will work closely with Project and Program Managers to ensure the smooth delivery of IT projects and programs. This role focuses on data analysis, budget tracking, project assurance, and compliance with the Project Delivery Framework (PDF). The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, excellent analytical skills, and a keen eye for project documentation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Framework Compliance: Understand and apply the Project Delivery Framework (PDF), including both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Project Setup & Governance: Assist in the initial setup of IT projects by ensuring compliance with PDF standards. Manage project documentation, set up repositories, and ensure the timely creation and approval of required artifacts.
  • Planning & Scheduling: Collaborate with project managers to create detailed project plans and maintain timelines, schedules, and resource allocation across the project lifecycle.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Prepare regular and ad-hoc project reports. Ensure that reporting is accurate, timely, and aligned with business requirements.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Track and analyze project risks and issues based on inputs from stakeholders. Maintain risk logs and escalate concerns when necessary.
  • Project Assurance: Review project documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Tool Proficiency: Leverage tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SharePoint, MS Project, Power BI, and ServiceNow to manage project data and deliverables effectively.

Required Skills

  • Solid understanding of Project Management Office (PMO) functions and processes
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools and templates
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Power BI, and ServiceNow
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
