Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Data & BI Engineer with strong expertise in SQL, Power BI, Python, and PySpark to join our growing data team. In this role, you will design and develop data models, dashboards, and scalable analytical solutions that drive impactful business decisions. You will work on large-scale data processing, performance optimization, and visualization, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and actionable insights.

Job Description :-

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop database objects such as tables, views, indexes, stored procedures, and functions.
• Optimize SQL queries and implement performance tuning techniques.
• Build and maintain complex Power BI dashboards and data models.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in SQL and Power BI environments.
• Use Power Query and DAX for advanced transformations and calculations.
• Write Python scripts for automation, data cleansing, and processing.
• Work with PySpark (DataFrames & SparkSQL) for large-scale data manipulation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable data-driven solutions.

Primary Skills

• Proficiency in SQL development (query optimization, database objects).
• Strong hands-on experience in Power BI development, data modeling & visualization.
• Expertise in Power Query & DAX.
• Proficient in Python for data engineering tasks.
• Advanced experience with PySpark, DataFrames, and SparkSQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Secondary Skills

• Knowledge of SQL and Power BI performance optimization.
• Ability to troubleshoot data-related issues across platforms.
• Experience integrating multiple data sources and formats.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to multi-language programming (Python, C#, MATLAB).
• Prior experience working in global or cross-functional teams.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Python, Spark).
