Position: Contact Support Group (CSG) – IT Enablers
Join Capgemini’s Cloud & Infrastructure Services (CIS) division as part of the Customer Support Group (CSG) — our first line of defense managing IT infrastructure incidents and service requests via email, voice, chat, self-service portals, and AI bots.

You’ll play a vital role in providing best-in-class technical support and enhancing the customer experience across multiple regions and time zones in 24×7 rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver customer service and technical support via phone, email, chat, and bots.
  • Troubleshoot IT issues like internet connectivity, password resets, profile changes, etc.
  • Manage and update tickets: categorization, prioritization, follow-up, and resolution.
  • Maintain high standards in first contact resolution (FCR).
  • Ensure professional communication and empathy during customer interactions.
  • Support verticals such as Telecom, Financial Services, Healthcare, and Technology.
  • Utilize AI tools (CHIP) to enhance and accelerate support.
  • Leverage knowledge bases and internal tools to improve issue resolution.
  • Contribute to service marketing and drive customer satisfaction.

🔍 Desired Skills & Qualities

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Basic computer and troubleshooting knowledge.
  • Flexible to work in 24×7 rotational shifts, including night shifts.

  • Commitment to sign Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and meet KPIs.

🎓 Educational Qualification

  • Must be a 2025 pass-out with a 3-year diploma or graduation in any stream.
