About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team, specializing in CRDVI regulatory implementation and credit risk parameter calculations, including Probability of Default (PD), Loss Given Default (LGD), Exposure at Default (EAD), and Risk-Weighted Assets (RWA). This role involves working closely with business leads, regulatory teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure compliance, effective change management, and delivery of strategic transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business leads across various lines to guide requirements management and analysis activities.
  • Shape initiation activities and define operating models while driving transformation initiatives.
  • Manage requirements, design, change management, and implementation during project delivery.
  • Oversee change management, including early planning, scope definition, data analysis, and execution of interventions like training, communications, and organizational alignment.
  • Plan and oversee implementation phases, pilot programs, and readiness activities to minimize risks and accelerate benefits.
  • Develop CRDVI implementation plans in collaboration with program leadership and stakeholders.
  • Interpret CRDVI regulations, align policies and processes to compliance standards, and provide guidance across business units.
  • Serve as the key contact for CRDVI-related queries, updates, and regulatory communications.
  • Prepare documentation, reports, and audit-ready records for senior management and regulatory bodies.
  • Deliver training on CRDVI impact, especially for deposit-taking, lending, and guarantee services.
  • Ensure outputs meet regulatory policy and standards, providing insightful feedback and updates.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in Business Analysis with a focus on credit risk (PD, LGD, EAD, RWA).
  • Strong understanding of wholesale banking products and services.
  • Experience in requirements gathering, data analysis, business/process analysis, and change management.
  • Background in planning and delivering business and IT initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities; confident engaging with all levels of stakeholders.
  • Ability to challenge existing processes constructively and drive innovative solutions.
  • Flexible, adaptive, and effective in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships across business, IT, and operations teams.
  • Preferred certifications: CBAP, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Change Management.
