Key Responsibilities

🔹 Collaborate with QA engineers and developers to understand business requirements and technical specifications.
🔹 Develop, document, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Salesforce applications.
🔹 Identify, report, and track defects while ensuring prompt resolution.
🔹 Conduct regression testing to maintain system stability with new changes.
🔹 Assist in creating and maintaining automated test scripts to improve test efficiency.
🔹 Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
🔹 Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
🔹 Provide feedback on product quality and usability to the development team.
🔹 Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, updates, and best practices to enhance testing efforts.

Qualifications & Skills

✅ Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Graduating in 2024/2025).
✅ Software Testing Knowledge: Solid understanding of testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
✅ Salesforce Familiarity: Basic knowledge of the Salesforce platform is a plus.
✅ Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
✅ Test Automation: Experience with tools like Selenium, JUnit, or similar is an added advantage.
✅ Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze issues and contribute to their resolution.
✅ Communication & Teamwork: Strong collaboration and communication skills.
✅ Attention to Detail: Commitment to delivering high-quality work with a focus on accuracy and completeness.
✅ Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
