About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic interns from the graduating classes of 2024 and 2025 to join our Support Engineering team. In this role, you will provide technical support for Calix access and cloud platforms, assisting customers with troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently. This internship offers hands-on experience with networking and cloud technologies while working in a customer-focused, collaborative environment.

Job Description :-

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Calix access and cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to analyze, diagnose, and document support cases.
• Communicate effectively with customers to gather information and provide updates.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality support and service delivery.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance technical and professional skills.
• Apply industry best practices in networking, cloud, and customer support.

What We’re Looking For

Education

• Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Electronics & Communication, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Eligible students: Graduating Class of 2024 or 2025.

Technical Skills

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of networking concepts (IP, routing, switching).
• Familiarity with cloud computing and Linux.
• Interest in cloud-based technology, client/server architecture, and connected devices.

Core Competencies

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, clear terms.
