Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Oversight: Report directly to the Global Head and provide oversight on performance management across international markets and operational centers.
  • Process Automation: Support global strategic initiatives aimed at improving workflows through automation and digital transformation.
  • Governance & Engagement: Organize monthly governance forums, town halls, and offsite leadership meetings including logistics and alignment of messaging with group strategy.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Manage complex data sets for financial modelling and report generation to support business decisions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across functions and geographies.
  • Communication Strategy: Create clear, consistent, and tailored communication for various internal and external audiences.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure processes are transparent, efficient, and aligned with global private banking standards.
  • Regulatory Awareness: Keep abreast of evolving financial regulations and industry trends affecting private banking operations.
  • Program Support: Assist in managing governance forums, initiatives, and product or service-related projects across the global network.

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of financial reporting, with working knowledge of investment, insurance, banking, and credit products within the private banking sector.
  • Prior exposure to operational or trading environments is an advantage.
  • Proven experience managing or supporting large-scale projects, governance processes, or strategic business initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with an ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of critical business activities.
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities with a collaborative approach.
  • Analytical mindset with a high attention to detail, capable of handling complex datasets and translating them into actionable insights.
  • High professional standards, capable of maintaining confidentiality, accuracy, and discretion.
