Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Software Engineer to join our team as an Assistant Vice President (AVP). The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in Salesforce development, including LWC, Apex, and API integration, along with strong leadership capabilities and a keen focus on delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise solutions.

As part of a dynamic cross-functional team, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and maintaining Salesforce applications that empower both customers and internal users.

Job Description :-

Key Responsibilities:

• Salesforce Development & Configuration:
  • Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) (Must-have)
  • Strong command of Visualforce, Apex Controllers, Batch Apex, Triggers, and Salesforce programmatic solutions
• API Integration Expertise:
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce SOAP API, REST API, and BULK API
  • Build scalable, secure, and efficient integrations with external platforms
• Best Practice Implementation:
  • Follow and advocate for Salesforce development best practices
  • Implement solutions with a focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability
• Solution Architecture:
  • Design and build OmniScripts and interface elements
  • Develop custom Salesforce features, data models, and middleware integrations
• Collaboration & Leadership:
  • Lead development efforts and mentor junior developers
  • Participate in code reviews, project estimations, and team planning sessions
  • Work closely with Product Managers, Architects, and Business Analysts to align solutions with business goals.

AVP-Level Accountabilities:

• Contribute to strategic decisions, policy formulation, and risk mitigation
• Lead and coach a high-performing Salesforce team, setting clear objectives and providing ongoing development support
• Take full ownership of complex Salesforce implementations
• Foster collaboration across departments to drive business-aligned outcomes
• Ensure compliance with secure coding standards and unit testing practices
• Promote a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience with Salesforce development and configuration
• Hands-on expertise in LWC, Apex, Visualforce, and Trigger-based development
• Strong background in Salesforce API integrations (SOAP, REST, BULK)
• Ability to build and optimize OmniScripts and other Salesforce components
• Solid understanding of enterprise software lifecycle, including documentation and testing
• Prior leadership experience or team guidance roles in Salesforce-based projects

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with middleware tools and third-party system integration
• Ability to develop best practice assets like white papers, learning modules, and technical documentation
• Understanding of Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, and automated deployment processes.
