Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our Global Markets Division, bringing strong technical expertise, analytical thinking, and a collaborative mindset. This role involves supporting strategic decisions, developing new market opportunities, and driving operational excellence through data-driven insights.

You will contribute to key business initiatives, develop and maintain data models, create impactful visualizations, and support cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Python, SQL, Excel VBA, and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Dash, along with solid soft skills and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily analytical and research tasks that support strategic initiatives for the global markets division.
• Execute small-scale research projects and deliver actionable insights via reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to implement research findings.
• Support new product development, market analysis, and opportunity identification.
• Manage financial modeling and develop data-driven strategies to assist with decision-making.
• Provide high-quality support to clients, handling queries and processing transactions with increasing independence.
• Mentor junior team members and participate in upskilling activities.
• Ensure strict adherence to risk mitigation policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Drive continuous improvement in operations, tools, and processes within the function.
• Act as a key contact point for internal and external stakeholders, while building strong working relationships across teams.

Required Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Excel VBA.
• Experience in UNIX/Linux environments.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Dash, or similar.
• Strong understanding of databases and data modeling concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving and data analysis skills.
