Key Responsibilities:

As part of your role, you will:

• Partner with product, data science, and analytics platform teams to shape data strategy and solutions.
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable data assets.
• Design, implement, and maintain data pipelines that support insights generation, performance measurement, and strategic decision-making.

Your contributions will help improve user engagement, operational efficiency, and cost optimization, ultimately driving business growth.

Scope of Data Engineering Responsibilities:

This role offers the opportunity to work across a wide range of data engineering functions, including:

• Defining and managing business-critical metrics and KPIs
• Logging instrumentation and event tracking
• Data ingestion and acquisition from multiple sources
• Data modeling and architecture for scalability and performance
• Data transformation and enrichment
• Ensuring data quality, governance, and compliance
• Building dashboards, alerts, and reporting solutions
• Driving development efficiency and automation at scale

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or equivalent practical experience
• Strong programming skills in Python or another modern programming language
• Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in statistics, mathematics, computer science, econometrics, or physics
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Data Engineering or a related field
• Familiarity with SaaS business models and relevant data structures
• Experience working with Databricks and dbt (data build tool)
• Background in enterprise software development is a plus
