About the Role
We are looking for a talented and motivated Engineer – Software Development (Apps) to join our innovative team in Bengaluru, India. This role offers the opportunity to design, develop, and maintain software tools that enhance the productivity and efficiency of our HDD Firmware (FW) development teams. You will collaborate closely with firmware engineers, test developers, and validation experts to create scalable, reliable, and high-availability solutions that drive faster development cycles.

Job Description :-

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with FW developers, test engineers, and validation teams to understand requirements, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
• Provide user support and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Design and implement scalable, high-availability software solutions to improve development throughput.
• Develop reliable build and test automation tools (FTMS) to streamline workflows.
• Operate and maintain critical infrastructure for continuous, stable operations.
• Participate in agile scrum ceremonies and work as part of a collaborative development team.

Qualifications & Skills

• BE/BTech – 2025 Graduates in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• Strong academic record with a minimum CGPA of 7.5 or higher (preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET development; knowledge of C, C++, HTML5, CSS3, PHP, Bash/Shell, Python is an advantage.
• Understanding of domain-driven design, service-based/event-driven architectures, and API development.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows and Linux (CentOS, Ubuntu) for client/server systems.
• Knowledge of database theory & design, SQL, and security models such as user authentication & role-based access control (Vault, Keycloak).
• Familiarity with version control systems (SVN, Git), issue tracking tools (JIRA), and RESTful API development for tool integrations.
• Exposure to agile scrum methodologies and ability to work effectively as a team player.

• Passion for HDD, flash memory, semiconductor, and non-volatile memory technologies.
• Familiarity with popular development tools, libraries, and frameworks.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to design robust, efficient solutions.
