Role Overview

As an Associate Software Engineer, you will play a key role in the software development lifecycle—from programming and testing to documentation and delivery. You will contribute to building high-quality, scalable, and reliable software solutions while working in an Agile development environment.

This role provides an exciting opportunity to sharpen your technical skills, contribute to global projects, and grow within a collaborative, fast-paced organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of the software development lifecycle including programming, testing, and documentation.
• Write, execute, and debug code to ensure error-free software delivery.
• Create and maintain test cases covering functional, integration, performance, and usability scenarios.
• Deliver high-quality software products that meet established standards and user needs.
• Improve and maintain documentation of processes and systems.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
• Troubleshoot and enhance existing applications for better performance and scalability.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong understanding of core software development concepts (data structures, OOP, n-tier architectures).
• Experience in unit testing and debugging.
• Familiarity with Agile workflows, source control, and issue-tracking tools.
• Understanding of architecture principles (scalability, flexibility, stability, simplicity).
• 30-day notice period preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Front-End and Back-End technologies, such as:
  • Front-End: HTML, CSS, Angular, React, JavaScript
  • Back-End: NodeJS, .NET, Java, Salesforce (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning)
• Familiarity with Python, Shell scripting, or other programming languages.
• Strong understanding of modularization and object-oriented design.
