Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Associate Data Analyst to join our Data & Analytics team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience who are passionate about data analysis, business intelligence, and analytics-driven problem-solving.

As an Associate Data Analyst, you will identify business needs, design analytical tools, develop test strategies, and ensure data-driven outcomes that align with organizational goals. You will also work with stakeholders to bridge business requirements with modern data solutions and analytics innovations.

Job Description :-

Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Identify and scope business requirements through rigorous research, data gathering, and solution clarification to support effective delivery.
• Technology Monitoring: Track and analyze emerging data technologies, tools, and trends to recommend innovative solutions.
• Data Structures & Flow: Design and specify data structures (structured/unstructured), develop mechanisms for storage, retrieval, and data lifecycle management.
• Data Governance: Develop and implement guidelines, standards, and processes for secure data handling while resolving data breaches when needed.
• Solution Design: Create blueprints and architecture to guide the development of scalable data solutions.
• Stakeholder Management: Align business objectives with stakeholder expectations for smooth delivery of outcomes.
• Testing & Validation: Define test strategies and systematic test procedures to validate performance, load, and volume compliance.
• Innovation & Digitization: Explore and evaluate new data & analytics advancements to identify opportunities for digital transformation.
• Advanced Analytics: Apply computational methods, analytical tools, and machine learning techniques to derive insights and enable adaptive business systems.

Educational Qualifications

• Undergraduate (Required):
  • B.Sc (Computer Science / Data Science / Statistics / Related Fields)
  • B.Tech (Computer Science / Information Technology / Related Fields)
  • BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications)
• Postgraduate (Preferred):
  • M.Sc (Data Science / Statistics / Computer Science)
  • M.Tech (Computer Science / Information Technology)
  • MCA (Master of Computer Applications)

Experience Range

• 0 – 2 years of experience in Data Analytics, BI, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates with relevant academic projects or internships are welcome.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong foundation in data analysis, visualization, and reporting.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, R, or other analytical tools.
• Familiarity with data visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate insights effectively.
