Project Role Description

As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as a software detective, delivering dynamic services by identifying and resolving issues across multiple components of critical business systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure smooth, efficient operations while contributing to continuous service improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Build knowledge of business systems and actively support the team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues within Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
• Participate in problem-solving discussions and propose effective solutions.
• Assist in documenting issues and solutions to strengthen team knowledge base.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.
• Support service delivery improvement by contributing to process and system enhancements.

Professional & Technical Skills

Must-Have:

• Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools.
• Understanding of system integration and data flow between applications.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Good-to-Have:

• Familiarity with ITIL processes or ticketing tools (preferred but not mandatory).

Additional Information

• Experience: Minimum 0–2 years in EMR or related software support.
