Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively contact clients with overdue accounts to secure timely payment and settle outstanding balances.
• Perform preventive risk management for high-exposure accounts to avoid future overdues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to analyze account trends and identify risk patterns.
• Support internal initiatives to streamline collections processes and improve customer experience.
• Communicate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams, both verbally and in writing.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Science Engineering, or a related field.
• Eagerness to learn and apply new technologies, industry trends, and Agile development methodologies.
• Strong interest in application design, software testing, and technical project development.
• A team player with collaborative work ethics and a passion for delivering impactful solutions.
• Excellent analytical thinking with the ability to break down complex issues and manage competing priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure or project work related to:
  • CI/CD tools like Git, Docker, Jenkins, XL Release.
  • RESTful API design and development.
  • Front-end frameworks (React, Angular, etc.).
  • Back-end technologies (Java, Python, Node.js, etc.).
