Role Overview

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, analytical Program Manager with strong expertise in analytics, resource utilization, and process optimization. In this role, you will design, build, and execute scalable data-driven solutions, partner with multiple stakeholders, and influence business decisions through actionable insights.

You’ll be part of the Ops DnA (Data & Analytics) team, helping to shape the future of AI-enhanced fulfillment operations at Amazon.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and metrics using SQL, Tableau, or Excel to drive decision-making.
• Execute high-priority, cross-functional analytics projects to deliver scalable frameworks and solutions.
• Partner with business, engineering, and global operations teams to align on requirements and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain business documentation including user stories, acceptance criteria, and process workflows.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate analytical solutions for operational effectiveness.
• Monitor and analyze business KPIs and performance metrics to identify trends and emerging needs.
• Collaborate with Business Intelligence Engineers (BIEs) to develop rapid solutions addressing real-time challenges in AI-powered fulfillment environments.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics, or related field.
• 1+ year of experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Program Management.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying large datasets.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QuickSight.
• Working knowledge of Python, VBA, Macros, or Selenium scripts.
• Strong skills in data-driven decision making and deriving business insights.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Amazon Redshift and AWS technologies for managing large-scale data.
• Exposure to AI tools and machine learning-driven analytics.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to solve unstructured problems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability and flexibility in handling deadlines and shifting priorities.
