🧠 Role Overview

As an AI Engineer – Partner Ecosystem, you will operate at the intersection of artificial intelligence (AI), technical enablement, and strategic partnerships. Your mission will be to drive AI adoption across the partner network by offering technical expertise, developing scalable AI solutions, and promoting responsible AI practices. You’ll work closely with both internal AI teams and external partners to build innovative, secure, and high-performance AI applications that solve real-world problems.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

1. Partner Enablement & AI Adoption

  • Educate partners on AI technologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Conduct webinars, workshops, and hands-on training sessions.
  • Provide technical resources and guidance for AI integration into partner solutions.
  • Assist in AI/ML model development, deployment, and optimization support.

2. AI Solution Development & Integration

  • Co-create AI-powered products with partners across machine learning, NLP, computer vision, etc.
  • Support in customizing models to fit partner-specific use cases.
  • Ensure best practices for scalability, performance, and secure deployment.
  • Collaborate on architectural design and AI pipeline setup.

3. Technical Support & Troubleshooting

  • Provide hands-on assistance during integration, testing, and deployment.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and support model optimization.
  • Act as the first line of technical escalation and support for AI-related challenges.

4. Collaboration & Relationship Management

  • Serve as a strategic liaison between internal AI teams and partner organizations.
  • Foster strong technical and business relationships with partners.
  • Collect partner feedback and contribute to the improvement of AI offerings.
  • Ensure alignment between AI solutions and partner business goals.

5. AI Research & Innovation

  • Stay updated on state-of-the-art models (e.g., LLMs, generative AI, reinforcement learning).
  • Explore and test emerging AI frameworks and deployment models.
  • Collaborate with internal research teams to push innovation boundaries.

6. Compliance, Ethics & Responsible AI

  • Promote responsible and ethical AI use within the partner ecosystem.
  • Ensure adherence to privacy, security, and AI governance frameworks.
  • Support partners in meeting industry-specific AI compliance standards.

📚 Required Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

🧰 Required Technical Skills

AI & ML Technologies

  • Proficiency in AI/ML libraries and frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.
  • Experience with large-scale models (LLMs, generative AI, edge AI).
  • Familiarity with model optimization techniques for varied deployment environments.

Programming & Development

  • Strong coding skills in Python (preferred); experience with APIs and SDKs.
  • Understanding of DevOps/MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.

Cloud Platforms

  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML services from AWS, Azure, GCP, or IBM Cloud.
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and serverless architectures for AI deployment.

Data & Infrastructure

  • Understanding of big data processing tools like Apache Spark, Hadoop, Databricks.
  • Experience in building scalable data pipelines, feature engineering, and model training.
  • Proficiency in SQL, NoSQL, and GraphDB technologies.

AI Monitoring & Observability

  • Exposure to AI monitoring tools, performance tuning, and explainability frameworks.

  • Experience in AI/ML, deep learning, or data science.
  • Experience working with Generative AI and LLMs.
  • Familiarity with AI governance, data privacy, and compliance frameworks.
