Roles & Responsibilities by Department

🧑‍💼 Human Resources (HR)

  • Assist with onboarding, engagement activities, and HR recordkeeping
  • Support internal communication and L&D initiatives
  • Help document HR policies and maintain employee databases

🔍 Talent Acquisition (TA)

  • Assist in job postings, screening, and interview coordination
  • Maintain applicant pipelines and recruitment trackers
  • Contribute to employer branding and candidate experience projects

💰 Finance

  • Support daily finance operations: reconciliations, invoicing, data entry
  • Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and compliance docs
  • Gain exposure to tools like QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel

🏢 Administration & Operations

  • Assist in vendor coordination, facility management, and event planning
  • Support logistics, travel arrangements, and internal documentation
  • Maintain office inventory and help coordinate internal meetings

📊 Project Management

  • Collaborate with project leads to track ongoing initiatives
  • Maintain documentation, meeting notes, and follow-up tasks
  • Work with tools like Jira, Asana, Trello, and Gantt charts

🎓 Who Can Apply

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, HR, Finance, or related fields
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
  • Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace
  • Available to commit for a minimum of 6 months.
