Key Responsibilities

• Act as a first responder to software issues, identifying root causes and providing quick, effective resolutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address system failures and performance issues.
• Participate in discussions to solve recurring problems and improve application stability.
• Apply Functional Test Planning skills to ensure systems work as intended through test design and execution.
• Conduct root cause analysis and assist in implementing system patches and software updates.
• Maintain clear documentation of troubleshooting procedures, fixes, and lessons learned.
• Support software testing and quality assurance initiatives to maintain system integrity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Must-Have:
  • Proficiency in Functional Test Planning
  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies
  • Experience in test case design and execution
  • Familiarity with defect tracking and reporting tools
• Good to Have:
  • Exposure to test automation tools is a plus
• Educational Qualification:
  • Minimum 15 years of full-time education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
