Job Description
- Write and fine-tune SQL queries to pull the right data from multiple sources and turn it into meaningful insights.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards (daily, weekly, monthly) to track operations performance and key business metrics.
- Collaborate closely with Ops, Product, Tech, and CX teams to drive better decision-making through data.
- Use insights to identify process gaps, performance trends, and improvement opportunities.
- Automate recurring reports and improve data accuracy, consistency, and turnaround time.
- Support leadership with deep-dive analyses, ad-hoc reports, and performance reviews.

- 1–3 years of experience in support operations, analytics, or business operations roles.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL — you enjoy writing queries and exploring data hands-on.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (pivots, formulas, data cleaning, etc.).
- Familiarity with visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio — nice to have but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of Python, Google Apps Script, or workflow automation tools is a plus.
- Understanding of support metrics such as SLAs, resolution rates, and CSAT.
- A proactive mindset with attention to detail, curiosity, and the ability to work independently.
