ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Project/ Program Manager Intern to join our dynamic team. As an intern, you’ll assist in managing our On Prem/Saas product delivery. You will assist in the planning, managing, and execution of several technical programs and initiatives each year for our Engineering Organization across our Product portfolio. You will get an first-hand experience in driving the improvement of our processes throughout the development, validation and deployment lifecycle.
You will be collaborating with stakeholders and understanding the components of delivering large features/ initiatives and their associated technical complexities. This role will provide you the opportunity to learn how to navigate complex situations while evaluating risks and aligning with business priorities.
You will learn to manage tasks while working in a fast-paced environment and developing your technical expertise. Your responsibilities will include assisting in driving metrics improvement, learning to communicate the current status, and helping in delivering features to market.

Responsibilities include:
Planning & Execution:
– Assist in defining program scope, goals, milestones & success metrics
– Develop & maintain project plans, schedules & documentation
– Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders
– Create dashboards or reports to track progress, KPIs
Coordination and Communication:
– Collaborate with Engineering and Product Leadership and functions such as Engineering, Product Management, Customer Support etc. to prioritize, plan, and deliver new features and products to the market.
– Assisting in the communication of schedules, status, and issues to stakeholders.
– Assist in running effective and efficient meetings that accomplish goals in a timely manner.
Risk Management:
– Identifying potential risks and assisting in the development of mitigation plans.
– Collaborating with development teams to aid in addressing and resolving issues that may impact timelines.
Continuous Improvement:
– Recommending tools and methodologies to enhance efficiency and automation
– Document lessons learned and best practices for future projects
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Basic understanding of Software development lifecycle(SDLC) and agile methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn fast and work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
Preferred/Nice-to-have skills
- Exposure to Cloud Platforms – AWS/Azure/GCP
- Exposure to Storage domain
- Exposure to Enterprise product development.
