Responsibilities and Impact
– Assist in developing and maintaining software applications.
– Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and deliverables.
– Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
– Troubleshoot and resolve software issues under guidance.
– Work under Agile methodology as part of a Scrum team.
– Engage in learning and development opportunities to enhance technical skills.
Basic Required Qualifications
– Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
– Proficiency in programming languages such as Java or Python.
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
– Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in a Scrum team.
– Basic knowledge of version control systems, such as Git.
– Experience with any web development frameworks or libraries.
– Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude towards learning.
