About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Data Management & Project Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will manage end-to-end processing of loss and exposure data, perform data quality checks, and support industry-specific projects. You will collaborate with underwriters, actuaries, and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data handling, process improvement, and compliance with governance frameworks.

Job Description :-

Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end data processing of loss and exposure data for assigned portfolios.
• Conduct in-depth analysis to update and correct company details.
• Support backlog clearance and ensure timely portfolio updates.
• Manage documentation and handle administrative responsibilities effectively.
• Provide analytical insights with high-quality output.
• Proactively enhance knowledge in data governance, data quality management, and automation.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Research and adopt Gen AI concepts or tools where applicable.
• Assist in data governance frameworks (DAMABOK, DCAM).
• Support industry-specific projects, including:
  • Documenting requirements before project kick-off.
  • Coordinating with underwriters, actuaries, and stakeholders.
  • Preparing internal reports and periodic project updates.
  • Conducting UAT, QC, and documenting key findings.

About You

Professional Experience & Skills

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, Mathematics, Statistics, or Management.
• 1–2 years of experience in data management, accounting transactions, or similar processes.
• Ability to handle and analyze large datasets.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Access preferred).
• Familiarity with Insurance/Reinsurance concepts.
• Knowledge of Python or Gen AI concepts will be an added advantage.
