Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop interactive eLearning modules in English for AspenTech software solutions.
  • Collaborate with the global eLearning, project management, and customer support & training teams to collect raw content and conduct technical reviews.
  • Create online training content packages, including editing audio and video tracks.
  • Follow established development life cycle processes, version control, and quality procedures.
  • Contribute to other training-related projects as assigned.
  • Demonstrate strong teamwork and the ability to work in a global, collaborative environment.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in the chemicals/refining industry or in creating educational/training content.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office tools, especially PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with eLearning technologies such as LMS, MOOC, SCORM, and Python.
  • Passion for education, digital learning, and innovative training solutions.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a matrix organization.
  • Quick learner with adaptability to new tools, processes, and technologies.
