Role Overview

We are looking for a Data Monitoring & Analytics Associate to join our growing team. This role involves monitoring system health and transactions for Razorpay’s top merchants and the overall organization, ensuring reliability, stability, and proactive resolution of issues.

Job Description :-

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor transactions and system health across the Razorpay ecosystem.
• Detect and escalate incidents or anomalies to relevant stakeholders in real-time.
• Send timely alerts and communication during system events.
• Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution and system optimization.
• Analyze data trends and extract meaningful insights to improve efficiency.
• Build and maintain interactive dashboards for internal monitoring and performance metrics.

Required Qualifications

• Strong ability to work with large datasets.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools and data manipulation techniques (preferred).
• Proficiency in SQL is a must.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts.
