Role Overview

As a Software Developer at IBM, you will be involved in the end-to-end software development lifecycle, working on solutions that power hybrid cloud and AI journeys for global clients. You will work with the latest technologies to deliver high-performing, scalable, and maintainable applications.

Job Description :-

Responsibilities

• Problem Solving & Improvement: Analyze issues, validate solutions, and propose enhancements with guidance from architects and technical leaders.
• Full Lifecycle Participation: Contribute to design, development, testing, release, and support of applications.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders, analyze landscapes, and design innovative coding solutions.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Ensure responsiveness, reliability, and high performance in delivered applications.

Required Education

• Bachelor’s Degree – B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science (all CS branches: CSE, AIML, DS, Cloud Computing, Big Data Analytics, CSBS, IoT, Robotics, AI, Cybersecurity, Blockchain, etc.) or Information Technology.
• Minimum 6 CGPA / 60% with no active backlogs.
• Must graduate in 2026 (final year students eligible).

Required Technical & Professional Skills

• Proficiency in programming (preferably Java, C++, Python, Node.js).
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Engineering background with good interpersonal skills.
• Flexible to work from anywhere in India.
