About the Role

We are seeking a Clinical Quality Engineer (QE) with a deep understanding of the US healthcare system and medical coding practices. In this role, you will ensure our healthcare products are functionally and clinically accurate, compliant with industry standards, and aligned with sourced medical guidelines. This position requires close collaboration with business analysts, medical coding experts, software developers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Job Description :-

Primary Responsibilities

• Create and execute detailed test cases for functional and clinical validation.
• Test new features to ensure they meet functional and clinical requirements.
• Validate clinical rules/patterns to ensure accuracy against sourced medical guidelines.
• Ensure product compliance with the US Healthcare system and related regulations.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and medical coding experts to fully understand requirements and translate them into accurate test coverage.
• Work with software developers and stakeholders to ensure clinical and functional precision in product delivery.
• Create testing environments to replicate client scenarios during defect investigation and resolution.
• Provide accurate and timely task estimates for project deliverables.
• Adhere to company policies, directives, and employment terms while maintaining flexibility for work environment changes and shifting business needs.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Hands-on clinical quality engineering experience with strong knowledge of the US healthcare system.
• Expertise in medical coding and functional/clinical testing.
• Solid understanding of Quality Engineering best practices.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology for software delivery.
• Proficient in Oracle & SQL databases for test data validation.
• Ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for content generation and query resolution.
• Strong analytical skills, detail orientation, and client-focused testing mindset.
• Excellent verbal & written communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Rally, IntelliJ, GitHub, or other QA/testing tools.
• Working knowledge of automation best practices in clinical and functional testing.
