About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Solution Analyst I to join our dynamic support team. In this role, you will be responsible for investigating issues in front-end applications and backend systems, providing quick and effective resolutions to ensure seamless client experiences. You will work closely with end users, capture essential data, troubleshoot using specialized tools, and document the entire resolution process.

Your work will involve capturing log files, querying databases, updating fields, cycling servers, and performing both functional and technical testing. You will also collaborate with internal teams, prioritize issues based on severity, and ensure that each problem is assigned to the right technical expert.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct front-end application investigations, including workflow testing and user shadowing.
  • Capture detailed information and apply relevant fix tools to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Perform backend troubleshooting:
    • Capture and analyze log files.
    • Query database tables and update fields when required.
    • Cycle servers to restore services.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams across different regions.
  • Document all investigation notes, actions, resolutions, and knowledge articles for future reference.
  • Prioritize tasks based on severity, balancing client satisfaction with business needs.
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 months of professional experience in a relevant technical or support role.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6+ months of experience in application support, client/customer support, incident management, problem management, or change management.
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying and managing databases.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with global teams.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts and provide on-call support when required.
