Role Overview – Network Engineer

We are looking for fresh engineering graduates who are passionate about networking technologies and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have strong fundamentals in networking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in rotational shifts.

Job Description :-

Key Responsibilities

• Show enthusiasm and aptitude for learning new networking technologies.
• Troubleshoot and provide inputs to resolve network-related issues.
• Collaborate with team members and seek guidance to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Participate in projects and actively contribute as part of a high-performance team.
• Progressively develop expertise in Routing & Switching, Collaboration, Data Center, Wireless, Security, and Cloud-based support.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: B.Tech/BE (CS, IT, or Circuit branches) or MCA – 2025 graduates only.
• Certification: CCNA preferred.
• Technical Knowledge: Fundamentals of networking, including Routing, Switching, Wireless, Data Center, Security, and Cloud.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attitude: Positive, adaptable, and eager to learn.

Work Model & Shift Details

• Location: Gurgaon (no location change requests after joining).
• Shift Timings: Early morning, evening, or night shifts only – no general day shift.
• Work Mode: Full-time, on-site, 5 days a week.
