Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and test new software applications and product features
  • Build and maintain prototypes and application simulations
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using languages such as C/C++, .NET/C#, Java, or web technologies
  • Debug and troubleshoot applications to ensure functionality, performance, and scalability
  • Participate in code reviews and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Track project progress, deliver regular status reports, and meet project milestones
  • Work closely with the Engineering Manager to identify requirements, enhancements, and innovations
  • Contribute to the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from requirements gathering to deployment
  • Promote creativity and innovation within the team
  • Foster strong working relationships across engineering and business units.

About You

  • Educational Background: B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, ECE or MCA
  • Fresh graduates with strong fundamentals are highly encouraged to apply
  • Solid understanding of programming principles and development environments
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
  • Knowledge or hands-on experience in one or more of the following:
    • Programming Languages: C/C++, Java, .NET/C#
    • Web Technologies: HTML, JavaScript, VBScript, ASP/JSP
    • Databases and SQL fundamentals
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment
