About the Role:

We are actively seeking a Technical Data Analyst with a strong foundation in Oracle PL/SQL, Python, and data analytics. This is a key role for someone passionate about data engineering and analysis, with a drive to explore AI/ML tools and emerging technologies for impactful insights. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, manage large datasets, and help shape business strategies with data-driven decisions.

Job Description :-

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain complex PL/SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions to support ETL pipelines and data workflows.
• Utilize Python for data analysis, automation, and script-based reporting.
• Conduct deep data analysis to detect trends, anomalies, and business opportunities.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate business problems into analytical solutions.
• Build and manage interactive dashboards and visual reports using Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik Sense.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and compliance standards across systems.
• Stay updated on data science trends, with a focus on AI/ML applications in analytics.
• Evaluate and test emerging AI tools (e.g., NLP, predictive models) for feasibility in ongoing projects.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• 0–2 years of technical data analysis experience (not a business analyst role).
• Strong proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL development and performance tuning.
• Solid hands-on experience with Python for data manipulation and reporting.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense.
• Exposure to AI/ML frameworks and practical applications in data analytics is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and verbal/written communication skills.
• Experience in financial services or a data-driven domain is a plus.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong foundational knowledge of programming, debugging, and application development.
• Familiarity with industry standards, best practices, and agile methodologies.
