🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Develop scalable and efficient technical solutions using the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM and custom modules.
• Collaborate with senior developers to gain practical exposure and contribute to end-to-end development tasks.
• Conduct platform administration, system configurations, and module enhancements.
• Participate in integration of ServiceNow with other systems and tools.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Assist in creating technical design documents, unit test cases, and maintaining development best practices.
• Provide technical support to business process owners and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Research innovative solutions to meet evolving business and platform needs.

💡 Desired Skills and Competencies

• Solid understanding of web development languages such as JavaScript and AJAX.
• Working knowledge or familiarity with AngularJS, HTML, CSS, PERL, and Python is a strong plus.
• Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and ability to manage tasks with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to multi-task, adapt quickly to change, and perform under pressure.
