We are on the lookout for an exceptional Business Analyst (Regulatory Reporting) to spearhead the implementation and expansion of our Axiom platform to meet global compliance requirements and support strategic business growth.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Lead the reporting onboarding team to scale Axiom platform capabilities
• Expand Axiom regulatory reporting solutions across new markets, products, and regulatory obligations
• Translate complex business objectives into clear, actionable requirements and functional specifications
• Document end-to-end processes and build detailed solution playbooks for repeatable success
• Perform and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) – create test cases, validate outputs, and ensure accuracy
• Provide expert support to global regulatory teams on EBA reporting frameworks such as COREP and FINREP
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across Finance, Product, and Engineering teams
• Conduct gap analysis, identify risks, and escalate key issues with recommended resolutions.

🧠 What You’ll Need

• Strong hands-on experience in SQL for data validation and analysis
• Proven experience leading teams in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
• Good understanding of financial products and transaction lifecycle management
• Solid background in regulatory reporting, especially EBA regulations including COREP and FINREP
• Experience drafting business and functional specifications with precision
• Demonstrated success in UAT execution and cross-functional implementation support
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management across multiple time zones
• Ability to thrive in independent and collaborative work environments

• Familiarity with the Axiom platform for regulatory reporting
