We are currently seeking a Sustainability Data Analyst to join our growing global team focused on climate action, responsible energy use, and smart analytics.

About the Role:

As a Sustainability Data Analyst, you will play a key role in managing and analyzing sustainability-related data across a wide portfolio of properties. You will support key reporting functions, manage utility consumption data, track emissions, and assist in delivering actionable insights that help our clients meet their ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) goals.

Job Description :-

Key Responsibilities:

• Support sustainability reporting through data management, insight generation, and presentation development
• Collect, validate, and report on utility data (electricity, natural gas, water, etc.)—tracking consumption, cost, and carbon emissions
• Assist in preparing sustainability dashboards, reports, and executive summaries to help clients make data-driven decisions
• Develop working knowledge of JLL’s sustainability data platforms and reporting tools
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet project deadlines and client-specific reporting milestones
• Provide insights through data visualization to support sustainability initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• Passion for sustainability, environmental data, and climate action reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level; pivot tables, charts, functions)
• Strong skills in data presentation, visual storytelling, and insights delivery
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for client interaction and reporting
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
• Eagerness to grow within a global data and analytics team focused on sustainability.
