About the Role

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of cutting-edge AI and data-driven innovations. You will design, build, and optimize intelligent systems that learn and adapt, helping our clients derive value from vast and complex datasets. This role calls for a solid grounding in statistics, programming, data science, and software engineering.

Job Description :-

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify high-impact business problems solvable through data science and machine learning.
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning and AI models to solve real-world challenges.
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Create and maintain robust pipelines for data preparation, model training, and validation.
• Conduct A/B testing and model performance evaluations to ensure high accuracy and reliability.
• Continuously refine and upgrade existing machine learning systems.
• Enhance data quality through validation and cross-verification of multiple sources.
• Contribute to the full lifecycle of AI/ML products, from concept to deployment and beyond.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proficient in Python, R, or other relevant programming languages.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, NLP, and deep learning techniques.
• Experience with libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras, etc.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable AI/ML solutions.
• Experience with A/B testing and model validation methodologies.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong data handling, EDA, and feature engineering capabilities.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred (Bonus) Qualifications

• Exposure to Generative AI tools and techniques.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
