Alcon is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Software Engineer to join our fast-paced, collaborative development environment. This role is an exciting opportunity for students or fresh graduates who are passionate about quality assurance and eager to gain hands-on experience in a real-world Agile setting.

Job Description :-

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with development and product teams to understand requirements and expectations
• Actively engage in Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Assist in writing, updating, and maintaining detailed test cases
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality product releases
• Support QA team in identifying bugs, verifying fixes, and improving testing workflows

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic programming knowledge in Java, Spring Boot, and React
• Strong interest in software testing and QA methodologies
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and tools
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
