Job Description :-

Role Overview: Background Verification Analyst

As an Associate, you will play a crucial role in conducting credential verifications for candidates and vendors. You’ll be part of a dynamic team responsible for ensuring data accuracy, timely reporting, and compliance with client requirements and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform verification of academic, professional, and employment credentials shared by candidates or vendors.
• Meet defined productivity and quality benchmarks consistently.
• Maintain and update real-time trackers and master logs.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of verification tasks per client timelines.
• Adhere to KPMG’s standard methodologies and quality standards.
• Continuously adapt to new process changes and knowledge updates.
• Keep supervisors and stakeholders informed of project progress and outcomes.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Qualification: Graduate in any stream.
• Experience: Freshers and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
