About the Role – Associate Software Engineer

We are seeking a talented Associate Software Engineer to join our Test & Evaluation team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will develop and implement software solutions that ensure our aerospace products meet the highest quality, safety, and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, debug, and document application software.
• Create software solutions to support real-time test requirements.
• Write and execute test procedures and verification plans.
• Develop and share training materials across the enterprise.
• Ensure accuracy, accountability, and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate within an agile development environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in full-stack or application development.
• Strong knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms, and OOP concepts.
• Experience with C#, ASP.NET v6.0+, and MS SQL Server.
• Hands-on expertise in Vue.js (preferred), React, or Angular for UI development.
• Familiarity with Git version control and Agile / Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Continuous Integration (CI) tools like GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Nexus.
• Knowledge of Ethernet networks and system integration practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall development environments.
