Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze client requests for proposals, apply advanced subject matter expertise, and deliver innovative solutions for complex business needs.
  • Collaborate with implementation teams to assess and document business requirements and processes, translating these into effective configuration deliverables.
  • Adhere to configuration team methodologies, principles, and best practices, ensuring alignment with organizational standards.
  • Develop, execute, and document test cases derived from functional requirements to ensure high-quality solutions.
  • Research and define solutions for new configurations, legislative changes, or client-specific rules.
  • Prepare and present solutions, proof of concept tests, and findings to clients and stakeholders.
  • Isolate and troubleshoot configuration data defects while ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks within schedule.
  • Maintain clear communication among key stakeholders to support seamless project execution.
  • Provide mentoring and guidance to junior team members, supporting collaborative success.
  • Accurately report project status, timelines, and progress on assigned responsibilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).
  • Experience working with Medicaid Systems or healthcare technology solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to exercise discretion, independent judgment, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Familiarity with business process analysis, configuration practices, and documentation standards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in creating test cases, executing tests, and documenting results.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
