Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries and complaints effectively via calls, email, and chat.
  • Provide detailed product or service information to customers.
  • Process returns, escalate issues as needed, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Typing speed of 35 WPM with 90% accuracy.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills.
  • Basic knowledge of customer support operations.
  • Graduates and Undergraduates are welcome to apply.
  • Must be flexible to work in night shifts and from the office.
  • Candidates should reside within a 25 km radius of the work location.
