Key Responsibilities:1. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Management– Perform active sourcing on platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Indeed, and Glassdoor– Apply Boolean search and X-ray search techniques for candidate discovery– Manage candidate pipelines using ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, or BambooHR– Conduct market research, salary benchmarking, and competitor analysis– Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
