About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Intern to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. This remote opportunity is ideal for final-year students or recent graduates who are passionate about human resources, recruitment strategies, and data-driven hiring. As a Recruitment Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and recruitment analytics—equipping you with in-demand skills for the HR industry.

CTC/Salary:INR 20K to 45K/Month (Expected)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Management

  • Perform active sourcing on platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Indeed, and Glassdoor
  • Apply Boolean search and X-ray search techniques for candidate discovery
  • Manage candidate pipelines using ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, or BambooHR
  • Conduct market research, salary benchmarking, and competitor analysis
  • Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives

2. Full-Cycle Recruitment Support

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles
  • Conduct phone screenings, schedule interviews, and perform reference checks
  • Ensure excellent candidate experience through consistent communication
  • Assist in job description optimization and social recruiting

3. Recruitment Operations & Analytics

  • Track key recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire, source of hire, and conversion rates
  • Build and maintain recruitment dashboards and reports
  • Contribute to process improvement and optimize recruitment workflows

Qualifications & Skills:

Education & Experience:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in HR, recruiting, sales, customer service, or business development
  • Previous internship in recruitment or HR is a plus

Technical Skills:

  • Familiarity with ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, BambooHR, Lever, Workday)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Basic understanding of Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
  • Knowledge of Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom
  • Social recruiting and job posting optimization

  • Time management and ability to multitask
  • Team player with adaptability in dynamic environments
  • Awareness of DEI principles and a candidate-first mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to tech/startup recruitment
  • Experience in remote teams or virtual collaboration
  • Knowledge of global hiring processes and visa requirements
  • Certification: SHRM-CP, PHR, CIR, or equivalent
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com)
  • Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, or advanced Excel
