Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client queries including incidents, technical issues, and product usage assistance.
  • Reproduce client-reported issues in Finastra’s test environments for deeper investigation.
  • Conduct detailed technical analysis and root cause investigations to deliver efficient resolutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to escalate and track complex issues while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Participate in client calls, WebEx sessions, and collaborative troubleshooting.
  • Validate bug fixes and patches, ensuring robust product quality before release.
  • Contribute to technical documentation and best practice guidelines.
  • Assist in writing simple scripts and performing system testing.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and escalate issues when necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business IT, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of C/C++, with proficiency in debugging using tools across platforms.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Java, or C#.
  • Working knowledge of Linux, Solaris, and Windows operating systems.
  • Basic understanding of middleware technologies like CORBA, JMS (ActiveMQ), and Tomcat is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English—both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical thinking, customer orientation, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a client-facing support environment.
