Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to support our Ethics & Compliance (E&C) Training & Awareness Program. This position reports to the Program Lead and plays a crucial role in executing training initiatives, maintaining governance protocols, and promoting organization-wide understanding of the Code of Conduct and compliance procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the training and awareness program plans and measuring overall program effectiveness.
• Ensure consistent execution of training escalation protocols.
• Support day-to-day program operations including course assignments, report generation, and issue resolution.
• Validate and update training target audience data; identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Create accurate dashboards and reports for Leadership and global stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams—Global Compliance, HR, and Communications—to drive the program forward.
• Support awareness campaign initiatives to reinforce behavioral expectations and compliance culture.
• Assist in HR due diligence reviews and adherence to internal screening procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (Freshers welcome with 0–1 year of relevant experience).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Strong analytical and data reporting capabilities.
• Effective multitasking and time management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Exposure to Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an added advantage.
