Your Role & Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely execution of transactional services as per global standards and internal guidelines.
• Handle customer interactions via calls, register notifications in the CRM system, and manage engineer dispatches efficiently.
• Upload engineer productive hours, handle notification closures, and conduct NPS (Net Promoter Score) surveys.
• Maintain ownership of tasks, ensuring follow-ups and timely closures of open queries and issues.
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on processed transactions.
• Adhere to SOPs, SLAs, and internal quality benchmarks while working in a structured and process-driven environment.
• Be flexible to work in rotational shifts and support month-end activities as needed.
